HoursOf reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any Content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The Site should not be used or relied upon for business critical or emergency services.

Occasionally, we have inaccurate hours or business information, which we are not liable for, but will do what we can to correct. For example, when inaccuracies are reported to us, we will update the data in our data sources.
Release and Indemnity

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.
We are not liable for having correct hours and business information, even though we do our best to keep our information accurate.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that HoursOf’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any services(s) provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such service(s). The Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
Any controversy, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this Website shall be governed according to the laws of the State of Connecticut.
